ADVANCED 1 COURSE

Making of modelling paste; Learn the different techniques of flower modelling to make a selection of flowers, both wired and unwired. Flowers are made with and without the use of cutters. Edible ribbon will also be made. At the end of the course you will decorate a cake using the flowers made in the course. The flowers will be taped into a floral spray. The sides of the cake will be decorated with a frill and a certain amount of edible draping will also be used to finish off the design.
